panel forming a utility chase for plumbing and electrical
services; top having 12" x 20" individually controlled hot foot
wells rated at 1000 watts each with infinite switches. All S/S
to be type 304 with number 4 finish.
Provide the following options;
1. 10"H. S/S front apron in lieu of full front panel.
2. Common Drain & Manifold, for (4) wells, (MCT-DRN4). Well
drains with individual valves, manifold to left end with
master valve. Provide grommeted hole in bottom shelf and
extend and extend drain line thru.
3. Recess top to support 18" x 26" pans over the hot wells.
4. 8" extended top depth overhanging staff side; overall top
depth of 36.5".
5. High School - 36" counter height.
6. Fill Faucet, single at right end of wells, with 4' quick
disconnect flex hose (MCT-FF1)

REQUIRED
A. Provide Mod U Serve Elite Service/Self-Service Sneeze Guard ;
standard size for a (4) pan hot well unit. High shelf food
guard with adjustable awning style front glazing for staff or
self serve use. Constructed of 1‖ round, mirror finish stainless
steel tubing; tubing mounted 3-3/4‖ below top and reinforced
with stainless steel milled mounting receptacle having
stainless steel flange on top; overall height 18‖H; pivoting
3/8" x 15"H. front glass adjustable on S/S pivot hinge with
thumb screw; 3/8" x 13.5"D. top serving shelf. Food Guard to
be provided and mounted by Mod-U-Serve, integral to serving unit
with necessary reinforcing to prevent movement and deflection.
Provide the following modifications;
1. In lieu of glass top shelf, provide cast polymer fabricated
solid surface material; not coated, laminated or of composite
construction meeting ANSI Z124. Corian by Dupont or Surell
by Formica Corporation. ½" thickness and as required for the
shelf span to prevent sagging / deflection from loading or
over time. S/S hat channel reinforcing as necessary.
