Powder coated or gloss vented lamp shade with shade mounted
on-off switch;
1. Provide each lamp shade with 100 watt (incandescent
comparable) compact fluorescent light bulbs with coated
shatter proof bulbs.
2. Track Mount Bar, 4', black, (DL-TRACK-4B)
3. Black electrical drop cord.
4. Custom shade color as selected by architect.
5. Provide cord length to support shade at 60" AFF.

REQUIRED
A. Provide MOD-U-SERVE Mobile Cold Food Counter model MCT-CF3;
overall 36.5"D x 36"H. Frameless construction utilizing 16
gauge S/S formed end panels with top and bottom horizontal
members of 16 gauge S/S; Heavy duty 5" diameter plate casters
with gray rubber tires. Brakes on all casters; 14 gauge S/S top
with 2" turndown on all sides and sound deadening; Removable
S/S or plastic laminate front panel; 18 gauge S/S under shelf
with 18" high ends and 4" high back. Refrigerated cold well;
top having mechanically cooled 9" deep S/S cold pan with
removable pan rail set down 3" from top; bottom slopes to 1"
drain; self contained R-404A condensing unit; pan support bars
for (3) - 12" x 20" pans; Provide with following options:
1. Student side of unit approx. 6' 3-1/2"L. and as shown, angling
back are each end at 22 ½ for approx. 5-3/4". Field measure
and coordinate custom length of unit and work shelf with wall
supported tray slide as shown. Wall supported tray slide (By
Other Trades).
2. Recess top to support 18" x 26" pans over the well.
3. 10"H. S/S front apron in lieu of full front panel.
4. 8" extended top depth overhanging staff side; overall top
depth of 36.5".
5. High School - 36" counter height.
