2-Port Category 5e and Category 6 Surface Mounting Box
1. Remove the base of the surface mount using a small at
head screwdriver
2. Slide the jack housings out from the base of the surface
mount
3. After terminating your hack, insert it into the jack
housing
4. Slide the jack housings back into the base of the surface
mount
5. Snap the top of the surface mount back onto the base 6. Place the surface mount in the desired location and
attach to the structure with screw and/or double sided tape
