5 x 8 Integrated Multi–Switch
The BMS-58 allows up to eight satellite
television receiver connections to a single multi–satellite
dish and provides an additional off air antenna/cable
input to integrate all television options. With the Terk
BMS-58 multi–switch you can install a home theater
multiplex in no time by connecting up to eight receivers
with ease. There is no need to remove integrated multi–
switches already embedded in the satellite dish. Simply
connect the two SatA and SatB cables to the BMS-58
and run to the receivers. The BMS-58 has an ultra–low
noise built–in amplifier to eliminate signal loss and

Satellite Signal Level Meters
The 1004IFD and 1007IFD are intended to aid in the
alignment of a satellite dish. They include satellite IF
(950~2150MHz) amplification and a broadband
detector. The detector drives a meter and a variable
frequency audio tone. The dish is then aligned for
maximum meter deflection or highest pitch tone. A gain
control allows a wide range of input signal levels. The
units are connected to the LNB via a short coaxial
cable. The 1004IFD output must be connected to the
satellite receiver in order to supply power. The units
operate from 11~24VDC on the coaxial cable.
Connection to the receiver is optional with the
1007IFD, but extends battery life between charges. All
models allow measurement of voltage on the coaxial
cable. The 1007IFD will also measure LNB current.
The 1007IFD includes an internal rechargeable battery
pack, carrying strap and a wall plug recharging unit.
The internal battery pack allows a dish to be aligned
before it is connected to the satellite receiver. The
battery pack is switchable between 13 and 18V output,
allowing either polarization to be selected when used
with a voltage switched LNB. In US DBS applications,
LHCP is selected when the LNB voltage is
nominally 17V.
