C.3.5 Verifying the Site Information
C.3.5.1 Verifying the Customer Name
The Customer name is in the header of the main menu in the miscellaneous
information area:

NOTE:
For the DPS 7000 line, the customer name will be identified as follows:
G7 + last 4 digits of the serial number + (Blank) +
Customer Name + (Blank ) + Town
This allows the AUTOCALL reception center to sort DPS 7000 systems, and to
process/direct the message in accordance with the Customer’s Maintenance
contract.
This customer identifier is used as password (see Setting the Modem
Parameters described hereafter).
The remote station contains a file in the form of a table defining the
correspondence between the system serial number and the type of maintenance
contract.
