2.2 EVG TechSupport online

The EVG Remote Support Tool is started and the EVG TechSupport is

online.

Enter a text in bottom message box and click on the button „Send“.

Remote Connection to client computer

• Choose „Accept“ to permit the access

• Choose „Cancel“ to refuse the request
