7.9 Wafer bow Contact of the Piston

Check if the wafer bow contacts the bond tool when you press wafer

bow button in the bonder diagnostic. The adjustment has to be done by

an authorized EVG service engineer.

A yearly maintenance done by an EVG Service Engineer is strongly

recommended.
