7 Annual Inspection

Check the following points in addition to the monthly maintenance

Tools needed for any PM.

Metric Allen wrench set

US Allen wrench set

Metric open-end box end wrenches

Philips head screwdriver (small and medium size)

Flat head screwdriver (small and medium size)

Volt meter

Spare Latex gloves

7.1 Cooling Fluid

Use a hydrometer to check if the fluid contains the proper percentage of

Glycol.

Ensure that the flow and pressure meets the specifications. Also check

the PH value of the fluid.
