3.2.1.2 Process Information
This frame displays information about the current process. This frame is
only active when a process is running.

Refer to “Technical Documentation” => “Vacuum Equipment” for
detailed information about the vacuum system.
Open the Jobs window and go to Overview Stations to find the
vacuum system overview:
