9 Shut Down

Note: All safety doors have to be closed and locked before shutting down the

system (refer to chapter 5 Safety Doors)!

1) After finishing all running processes click Shutdown in the System

window:

2) Wait until the Equipment Processing State is NotInitialized:

3) Click Close Application:

4) In the following window click Yes to close EVG CIMFramework:
