Record data backup with the menu,

ᐱG Select backup medium (CD-ROM, USB Storage)
ᐲG Select the type of backup data.
ᐳG Specify Start of backup date, time
ᐴG Specify End of backup date, time
(Remember to review and write down which data to backup
from search mode)
