Selecting a lens
1) Determine the scene width
2) Calculate the distance between the scene and the camera
3) Read off the focal length of lens required for the chart
Example:Scene width = 7mm, object distance = 120mm
Focal length of lens required = 82mm
Use the chart below and look under focal length column for all lenses with a focal length above 82.
Any above 82 will be compatible for the scene in this example.
