Backlight Compensation.
• AUTO
In this mode, the PTZ Camera will operate the WDR function automatically.
• ON
Under the item, users can define three parameters’ value: RATIO LEVEL
(000 ~ 128), SHUTTER SPEED (000 ~ 128) and IRIS OFFSET (000 ~ 128),
as shown in the following column.
• EXIT
Exit the WDR FUNCTION menu and go back to the MAIN PAGE 3 to carry
on setup of privacy mask.
3.3.21 PRIVACY MASK
The Privacy Mask function aims to avoid any intrusive monitoring. Users can adjust
the camera view position using the joystick, and adjust the mask size and area via
the direction keys on the control keyboard. The PTZ Camera will memorize the
center of the selected view as an original point, so the joystick will be locked as users
enter the SET MASK menu (mentioned later). Refer to the following description for
setting privacy masks.
NOTE: The Image Flip function (for all models) and the Image Inverse
function (for 23× and 35× models) will be disabled automatically while the
Privacy Mask function is enabled.
