The Quick Release Plate can
be slid +/- 20mm to perfectly
balance Equipment.
Quick Release Plate
Due to an integrated safety button, Cayer film heads
prevent unintentional sliding out of the QR plate with
equipment.
Releasing and Installing a Quick Release Plate
1. Loosen the QR Plate Locking Lever, then press the
QR Plate Safety Button to release QR plate.
Note:
After placing the QR plate on the film head, make sure the
QR Plate Safety Button is back out to prevent equipment
from falling off.
2. Screw QR plate onto bottom of the camera, using
the mounting screw. Then slide back the camera with
QR plate onto film head. Slide the plate to balance
equipment properly and tighten QR Plate Locking
Lever.
