Assembly Instructions

Use of the tray:

1. The tray is for cooking oil and fat.

2. The tray can be placed on the bottom rail and outside the chamber to catch drippings.

3. The tray should not be used on any other rail position besides the bottom rail because the

air circulation in the grill chamber will be interrupted, this could cause the gas burner to shut

off.

How to use the grill grate and handle:

1. Use the grill grate handle to hold the grill grate and insert/remove onto the rail.

2. Use grill tongs to flip the meat outside of the appliance during cooking. Do not use grill

tongs inside chamber while cooking.

3. Do not put your bare hands inside the chamber.
