LEVELLING YOUR OPEN WINE
SET UP TEMPEREATURE
Your OPEN WINE needs space around it to function properly. Ventilation at the back and on the sides of the cooler
is very important. it should never be covered up. The back side should be placed 10 cm away from the wall and at
least 5 cm on each side.
The cooler should be positioned on a flat even countertop.

After installing the cooler, you can level it; it has got four levelling legs, two on the front and two at the back of the
appliance.
To level, turn them clockwise to raise the dispenser and counter clockwise to lower it.
Your “CAVANOVA” OW004 has one independent temperature compartment which is controlled with the digital
display.
The temperature range is between 5ºC and 18ºC. This temperature range is ideal either for
red or for white wines, depending on the chosen temperature.
The real temperature on the open wine, being a thermoelectric equipment, depends on the room temperature. If
the room temperature is too high the cooler won't be able to reach the desired temperature.
To bring up or to bring down the temperature, simply press “^ button upwards “or “button – downwards”, depending
on your choice, when the desired temperature appears on the display stop pressing and that temperature will be
set up.
The display will always show the selected temperature until you set up a different one.
Press the “light” button at least 5 seconds, when you hear a “beep” sound. the temperature display canbe changed
between “Celsius and Fahrenheit.
or 41ºF and 64,4ºF.
