This unit has three screens: a GPS search screen, a measurement screen, and a standby
screen. These screens are displayed alternatively according to GPS signal and/or speed
signal reception status and bicycle movement. This section describes the flow of the screen
after the power is turned on until measurement is started.
Screen flow
GPS search screen (when the power is turned on)
When the power is turned on, the GPS search screen will appear, and the unit will start
searching for GPS.
Depending on whether or not the GPS signal and/or speed signal is received, the behavior of
the unit changes as described below.

The unit switches to the measurement screen.
Depending on the reception status, the GPS signal re-
ceived icon (
) or the speed signal icon ( S) is dis-
played.

Pressing the MODE button switches to the measurement
screen even if neither signal is received.
* It may take several minutes for the signal to be received depending on reception conditions.
Measurement screen
This is the basic screen of this unit. The measurement screen has the states described below.

STOP

In this state, measurement is not possible even if
you ride; it is only possible to check measurement
data and perform a resetting operation.
* There is no signal for speed measurement. If no
buttons are pressed for 10 minutes, the unit auto-
matically turns off. (Auto power off)

Pressing the button starts or pauses measure-
ment (STOP appears).
