电池固定在冲击台上,进行半正弦脉冲冲击实验,在最初的 3ms 内,
最小平均加速度为 735m/s²,峰值加速度在 1225 m/s²到 1715
m/s²之间,脉冲持续时间为 6±1ms。电池每个方向进行三次加速度

Hardness test of polymer battery: the tested battery has shipping
voltage. One side of battery is fixed and the distance between the
fixed part and the other side is 30mm±3mm. Test head is a steel
cylinder with a diameter of 5mm, and the contact surface is a
smooth horizontal section. Test is conducted as graph. Test speed
is 5mm/min, the maximum pressure is 10N, and retention time is
10S. After test, deformation was recorded. Only two point can be
tested for each battery. Test 6 points for 3 batteries as shown in
the figure.
聚合物电池硬度测试:测试电池电压为出货电压,固定电池一边,
固定边缘离另一边(测试边)距离30mm±3mm测试头为直径5mm
的钢制圆柱,接触面为平滑水平截面。按照图示位置对电池进行按
压测试,测试速度为5mm/min压力设置为最大10N,保持时间为10S
测试完成记录电池产生的形变,每个电池只能测试两个点,按照图示
测试3个电池6个点。

After standard charging the battery shall be continuously
loaded with a constant current and constant voltage source for
7h. The constant current and constant voltage source voltage
shall be set as twice the nominal voltage and the current as the
external current of 2C5A 电池准充结束后,用流恒
源持续电池加 7h,恒流恒压源电压定为 2 的标
电压,电流设定为 2 C5A 的外接电流
The battery shall not explode,
fire, smoke or leak until the end
of the experiment.
直至实验结束的整个过程,电池应
不爆炸,不起火,不冒烟或漏液.

Battery is discharges at 0.2 C to cut-off voltage under
23 ±2 , then it is connected with 30 Ω load to
discharge for 7 h
