TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
Solution
Machine won’t turn on
1. Check if there is power in the battery
2. Make sure the machine connection plug is
connected to the battery connection plug.
3. Check if the key switch is in the "ON" position.
4. Check if the first fuse in the fuse box is blown.
Little to no water from water spray
1. Check if there is water in the water tank.
2. Check if the solenoid valve or water pump is
normally open.
3. Clean the filter.
Floor is not getting clean
Check the wear conditions of the cleaning brush and
replace if necessary.
Vacuum motor does not work
1. Check if the corresponding contactor of the dust
collection motor works normally.
2. Check if the third fuse in the fuse box is blown.
3. Check if the duct collection motor switch is in
sound condition and switches without issues.
Roller brush motor does not work
1. Check if the corresponding contactor of the brush
plate motor works normally.
2. Check if the 60A fuse on the electrical mounting
board is blown.
3. Check if the brush plate motor switch is in sound
condition and switches without issues.
Vibration motor does not work
1. Check if the corresponding contactor of the
shaker motor works normally.
2. Check if the second fuse in the fuse box is blown.
3. Check if the entire motor switch is in sound
condition and switches without issues.
Roller brush does not turn
1. Check if the roller motor is working properly.
2. Check if two V-belts driven by the brush motor
are intact without fracture.
