Introduction Thank you very much for your purchase of Cateye Ergociser Model EC-3200. The model EC-3200 is a new high-tech exerciser with a built-in computer designed to allow aerobic exercise conveniently for the purpose of advancing your cardiovascular system, and maintaining and improving physical endurance. You can do aerobic exercise effectively when your pulse rate meets constantly a target pulse rate that is decided under your age, physical strength and purpose.
ASSEMBLY Assemble the unit according to the following procedure.
