2. Make sure that this port is clear of debris and unobstructed by the sheet metal case.
5.6 Pilot Valve Check and Replacement 21.14
This procedure applies only to machines up to SN: 61076.
The Pilot Valve provides full air pressure to the Clamp Cylinder. A leaking Pilot Valve can result
in insufficient air pressure to the Clamp regardless of the Pressure regulator setting.
5.6.1 TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS:
1. Disconnect the “Air Out” line from the Clamp Solenoid (this hose controls the Pilot
Valve). See Fig 7.
