From this point on, when you connect btteries nd turn the switch on, the ESC will give the 
initiliztion “ring” followed by bttery cell count beeps (only in Auto-LiPo mode), nd then 
fter the rming dely the ESC will “ring” twice, indicting it is ARMED nd will respond to 
throttle ppliction.

Final Check
Once you re clibrted nd rmed, do one lst check before going out nd experiencing the 
Cstle brushless difference. Slowly dvnce the throttle nd check the rottion direction of the 
motor nd the color of the LEDs on the ESC. If the motor is spinning in the right direction nd 
the green LED is blinking, then you re redy for  test run. If the ESC shows the green LED with 
throttle, but the wheels spin in the wrong direction, you’ll need to chnge the motor direction.

Closely monitor your ESC nd motor tempertures during the first run to ensure they sty 
within the sfe operting limits.
AUDIBLE ALERTS
Cstle mb X Series ESCs provide you with udible lerts tht notify you of vrious issues 
nd error conditions to help you dignose problems in your setup. These lerts only occur when 
the vehicle is stopped nd the ESC is in neutrl. They repet every five seconds until the ESC’s 
power is cycled.
Your ESC will emit  single beep every ten seconds to let you know the ESC is powered. This 
is OT n error condition. This is simply  reminder to disconnect the bttery.
