Step 3: Hold full throttle on the trnsmitter nd turn the ESC switch O. Keep holding full
throttle on the trnsmitter. If ll your connections re correct, you will her one multi-toned
initiliztion “ring” from the motor (ll sounds re plyed by the ESC vibrting the motor).
Step 4: If the ESC’s voltge cutoff is set to Auto-LiPo (the defult setting), then the ESC will
emit sequence of beeps indicting the number of bttery cells.
If the number of beeps does OT mtch the number of cells, disconnect the bttery nd
confirm tht it is fully chrged.
Step 5: After the beeps, the green LED on the ESC will blink rpidly. If the red LED is blinking
insted, reverse your throttle chnnel. After couple of seconds, the motor will “ring” four times
in row. ext, the ESC will rpidly blink the red LED nd the motor will beep continuously. At
this point, the full throttle endpoint hs been set within the ESC nd now it’s looking for the full
brke endpoint (red LED blinking).
STEP 6: ove the throttle trigger to the full brke position nd hold full brke. After few
seconds, the motor will “ring” four times rpidly. The ESC will then blink the yellow LED nd the
motor will beep continuously. At this point, the full brke endpoint hs been set within the ESC
nd now it’s looking for the neutrl endpoint (yellow LED blinking).
STEP 7: ow relx the trigger to the neutrl position. The ESC will now “ring” four times nd
flsh the yellow LED rpidly to ccept the neutrl position.
After ccepting the neutrl position, the ESC will “ring” twice, flsh ll the LEDs, nd the yellow
LED will illuminte. This is the rming tone nd LED indiction tht the ESC IS NOW ARMED
nd the vehicle will respond to throttle inputs from your trnsmitter.
