Brushed Motor Wiring, Reversing

Use this mode if you wish to use reverse.
ke sure you chnge the otor Type
setting to “Brushed Reversing” in the ESC
before using  brushed motor. Use only the
red nd blck motor wires from the ESC, or
the outside bullet connectors on the ESC.
In most pplictions, the red wire from the
ESC will connect to the red wire (or positive
+ side hood) of the motor, nd the blck
wire to the blck wire (or negtive - side
hood) of the motor. The white wire from
the ESC (or middle bullet connector on the
ESC) is not used. After clibrtion (See “How to Clibrte the ESC”, pge ), you my need to
swp the two motor wires to get the wheels to spin in the right direction.
RADIO CONNECTION
RX Wire (Orange/Red/Brown)
Your Cstle ESC RX wire plugs into the throttle chnnel of your receiver. This is usully chnnel
. Your Cstle ESC provides power to the receiver nd the steering servo. o seprte receiver
bttery is needed to power the rdio system. Some servos cn drw more current thn the on-
bord BEC cn hndle nd will require n externl BEC or receiver pck.
AUX Wire (White Signal Wire)
The Auxiliry or “AUX” wire llows you to djust  setting “on-the fly” using n uxiliry chnnel
on your receiver. The AUX wire function is progrmmble vi Cstle Link.
