1. Brake/Reverse Type
Sets whether reverse is enbled or not, nd exctly how it cn be ccessed.
Option 1: With Reverse (Default)
This setting llows the use of reverse only fter the ESC senses the vehicle hs come to stop.
Use it for rce prctice sessions nd bshing, but check with your rce director to see if this
setting is llowed for ctul rcing.
Option 2: Without Reverse
Reverse cnnot be ccessed under ny circumstnces with this setting. Use this setting for
snctioned rcing events tht do not llow reverse driving.
Option 3: Crawler Reverse
Reverse or forwrd is ccessible t ny time, even if the vehicle is still moving.
2. Cutoff Voltage
Sets the voltge t which the ESC stops the motor in order to protect the bttery from over-
dischrge.
Option 1: Auto-LiPo (Default)
This setting utomticlly detects the number of LiPo cells you hve plugged in. It will
utomticlly set the cutoff to . volts per cell detected. The ESC will beep the number of cells
detected between the initiliztion “ring” nd the rming “rings” on initil power up of the ESC.
If the number of cells indicted does not mtch the number of cells in your LiPo pck, do not
operte the vehicle. Unplug your bttery nd ensure tht it is fully chrged.
Check with your bttery mnufcturer to mke sure .V per cell is their recommended
cutoff. You cn chnge this vlue in Cstle Link if higher per cell voltge is needed.
