23 Apple jam Ingredients: 4 apples, 150g sugar, 250g lemon
juice
• Wash applies, peel applies and cut into
appropriately sized pieces
• Place apples in a heat-resistant container and stir
thoroughly while adding lemon juice and sugar

24 Strawberry wine Ingredients: 500g strawberries, approx 250-500g
sugar, 4 lemons, approx. 1250 ml rice wine
• Wash strawberries, remove stems and dry well
• Wash lemon, remove peel and cut into pieces
• Place in a heat-resistant container, add sugar
and rice wine, cover and cook
• Leave standing for one day in a closed bottle;
add some soda water prior to drinking
With some menus, the device will stop after half the cooking
time has elapsed so that you can stir the food to ensure it
cooks evenly.
Subsequently press the control dial Zeit/Menü/Gewicht (6),
to continue with the operation.
Solid/dense food should not be cooked directly in a frozen
state, as it will overheat along the edges prior to reaching
the required temperature in the center.
If you cannot find the suitable time indicator for a certain
dish, the following rule applies: 1 minute of cooking time
per 100 g of weight
