16.11 Operating Mode "Menü Garen" (Menu cooking)
In this operating mode, the cooking program can be selected
from 24 different menus. A list of possible programs is shown
on the operating panel. For more information, please refer to
the table on the next page.
 Selecting the menu
Turn the control dial Zeit/Menü/Gewicht (6)
Time/Menu/Weight counter-clockwise to select the program
you want.
 How to set the quantity / weight
Select the required number of portions or the weight by
pressing the button Zeit/Menü/Gewicht (6)
Time/Menu/Weight, until the quantity you require appears (see
table).
 Starting the cooking program
Press the control dial on the device (Button Start (6)) after
having selected the program, to start the cooking program you
have set.
 End of the cooking program
Once the end of the cooking time is reached, END will appear
in the display.
