the appropriate quantity of water. Now close the lid and wait
until the sensor recognises the water level. You can now
press START (6), to continue the process for the remaining
cooking time.
During steaming, steam can escape through the openings
along the top of the oven. Once the cooking process is
completed, a small amount of steam may still remain behind
inside the cooking chamber and drops of water can gather
along the bottom of the door. Open the door slowly to avoid
the water drops from flying around.
If the steaming process lasted for more than 30 minutes, one
should drain the water collection rail to avoid any
overflowing.
The tank contains a heating element and becomes
extremely hot during operation. Do not remove it, when you
are topping up the water. Remove it only for cleaning, after
it has cooled down.
Examine and clean the float at regular intervals. It must not
be twisted.
