1 Bedienungsanleitung 1.1 Allgemeines Lesen Sie die hier enthaltenen Informationen, damit Sie mit Ihrem Gerät schnell vertraut werden und seine Funktionen in vollem Umfang nutzen können. Ihr Gerät dient Ihnen viele Jahre lang, wenn Sie es sachgerecht behandeln und pflegen. Wir wünschen Ihnen viel Freude beim Gebrauch. 1.
Ein Warnhinweis dieser Gefahrenstufe kennzeichnet eine mögliche gefährliche Situation. Falls die gefährliche Situation nicht vermieden wird, kann dies zu leichten oder gemäßigten Verletzungen führen. ► Die Anweisungen in diesem Warnhinweis befolgen, um Verletzungen von Personen zu vermeiden. Ein Hinweis kennzeichnet zusätzliche Informationen, die den Umgang mit der Maschine erleichtern. 1.
2 Sicherheit In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Sicherheitshinweise im Umgang mit dem Gerät. Dieses Gerät entspricht den vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Ein unsachgemäßer Gebrauch kann jedoch zu Personen- und Sachschäden führen. 2.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Dieses Gerät ist nur für den Gebrauch im Haushalt in geschlossenen Räumen zum Erwärmen, Kochen und Braten von Lebensmitteln bestimmt. Das dabei verwendete Kochgeschirr muss für Induktionskochgeräte geeignet sein.
► Eine Reparatur des Gerätes während der Garantiezeit darf nur von einem vom Hersteller autorisierten Kundendienst vorgenommen werden, sonst besteht bei nachfolgenden Schäden kein Garantieanspruch mehr. ► Defekte Bauteile dürfen nur gegen Original-Ersatzteile ausgetauscht werden. Nur bei diesen Teilen ist gewährleistet, dass sie die Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllen werden.
► Die heiße Oberfläche des Keramikfeldes nicht berühren. Der Induktionskocher selbst entwickelt während des Kochvorgangs keine Hitze. Die Temperatur des Kochgeschirrs erwärmt aber die Kochstelle. 2.3.3 Explosionsgefahr Bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung des Gerätes besteht Explosionsgefahr durch entstehenden Überdruck. Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise um die Explosionsgefahr zu vermeiden: ► Erhitzen Sie niemals Speisen oder Flüssigkeiten in verschlossenen Behältern wie z.B. Konservendosen.

3.2 Lieferumfang und Transportinspektion Das Gerät wird standardmäßig mit folgenden Komponenten geliefert: • 3er Induktionskochfeld Master P3 Plus • Bedienungsanleitung ► Prüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf sichtbare Schäden. ► Melden Sie eine unvollständige Lieferung oder Schäden infolge mangelhafter Verpackung oder durch Transport sofort dem Spediteur, der Versicherung und dem Lieferanten. 3.
• Das Gerät benötigt zum korrekten Betrieb eine ausreichende Luftströmung. Lassen Sie bei der Aufstellung an allen Seiten 10 cm Freiraum. • Die Kühlluft wird von der Unterseite des Gerätes angesaugt. Decken Sie keine Öffnungen am Gerät ab und blockieren Sie sie nicht. • Die Steckdose muss leicht zugänglich sein, so dass das Stromkabel notfalls leicht abgezogen werden kann. • Der Aufstellung des Gerätes an nichtstationären Aufstellungsorten (z. B.
4 Aufbau und Funktion In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Hinweise zum Aufbau und zur Funktion des Gerätes. 4.1 Gesamtübersicht 4.1.1 Hinweise am Gerät Dieser Hinweis und das Anzeigen von „H“ im Display dienen zur Warnung, dass das Keramikfeld heiß sein kann.
Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise, um sich nicht am heißen Gerät zu verbrennen: Verbrennungsgefahr an heißer Oberfläche! ► Die Oberfläche des Keramikfeldes nicht berühren, solange sie heiß ist (H erscheint im Display). ► Keine Gegenstände auf dem heißen Keramikfeld ablegen. 4.2 Bedienelemente und Displays 4.2.1 Bedienfelder und Displays 1. 4.2.3 Überhitzungsschutz Das Gerät ist mit einem Überhitzungsschutz ausgerüstet. Wenn die Temperatur des Gerätes die kritische Grenze überschreitet, wird der entsprechende Fehlercode „E05“ angezeigt. Das Gerät schaltet aus Sicherheitsgründen die weitere Energiezufuhr ab. Nach der Abkühlphase kann das Gerät aus- und wieder eingeschaltet werden. ► Nähere Informationen zu den Fehleranzeigen finden Sie im Kapitel „Störungsanzeigen“. 4.2.
• Überlaufendes Kochgut brennt nicht fest. • Schnelle, feinstufige Regelung der Energiezufuhr. 5.2 Hinweise zum Kochgeschirr Das für die Induktionskochfläche benutzte Kochgefäß muss aus Metall sein, magnetische Eigenschaften haben und eine ausreichende, plane Bodenfläche besitzen.
5.3 Sicherheitshinweise ► Das Gerät während des Betriebes nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen, um bei Gefahren schnell eingreifen zu können. ► Das Gerät nicht während des Betriebes oder mit heißem Kochgeschirr auf der Kochstelle versetzen. ► Achten Sie darauf, dass das Kochgeschirr mittig auf dem Kochfeld steht. Es darf weder auf dem Bedienfeld, noch auf dem Rahmen abgestellt werden.
5.4.2 Ausschalten Das gesamte Gerät wird über den Hauptschalter An/Standby (1) ausgeschaltet. Wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet wird (über An/Standby (2)), zeigt das Display die Restwärme der Oberfläche des Induktionskochfeldes an. Wenn die Temperatur der Oberfläche unter 50°C liegt, wird „L“ angezeigt, wenn die Temperatur der Oberfläche über 50°C liegt, zeigt das Display „H“.
5.4.5 Temperaturmodus Um die Temperaturstufe auszuwählen, drücken Sie die Auswahltaste >> (6) so lange, bis die Funktionsanzeige Temperatur (4) leuchtet. Mit der voreingestellten Temperaturstufe „120“ schaltet sich das Gerät ein. Sie können die Temperaturstufen 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220 und 240°C wählen, indem Sie die Tasten + oder – (7 oder 8) drücken.
6.1 Sicherheitshinweise Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise, bevor Sie mit der Reinigung des Gerätes beginnen: ► Das Gerät muss regelmäßig gereinigt und Kochrückstände entfernt werden. Ein nicht in einem sauberen Zustand gehaltenes Gerät wirkt sich nachteilig auf die Lebensdauer aus und kann zu einem gefährlichen Gerätezustand führen. ► Schalten Sie das Gerät vor dem Reinigen aus und ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose. ► Das Kochfeld kann nach dem Benutzen heiß sein.
► Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer und Schäden am Gerät entstehen. 7.2 Störungsanzeigen Im Fehlerfall wird im Display ein Fehlercode ausgegeben, der die Fehlerursache beschreibt. Die nachfolgende Tabelle hilft bei der Lokalisierung und Behebung kleinerer Störungen.

11 Operating Manual 11.1 General Please read the information contained herein so that you can become familiar with your device quickly and take advantage of the full scope of its functions. Your induction cooker will serve you for many years if you handle it and care for it properly. We wish you a lot of pleasure in using it! 11.

12.2 General Safety information Please note Please observe the following general safety notices with regard to the safe handling of the device. ► Examine the device for any visible external damages prior to using it. Never put a damaged device into operation. ► If the connection lead is damaged, you will need to have a special connection lead installed by an authorized electrician.
WARNING ► Scientific tests have proven that induction hotplates do not pose a risk. However, persons with a pacemaker should keep a minimum distance of 60 cm to the device while it is in operation. In addition, persons with a pacemaker should clear with their doctor whether to take care of some special handling advises.Do not place any magnetisable objects, e.g. credit cards, data carriers or cassettes on or in the immediate vicinity of the appliance.
WARNING ► Avoid overheating oils and fats for extended periods. Overheated oil and fat can ignite rapidly. ► Do not place any empty cookware on the cooking area. Please note If a fire should occur on the cooking hob, proceed as follows: Switch the appliance off (if necessary, switch off the fuse). Smother the flames with a large pot lid, plate or a moist dish cloth.
13 Commissioning This chapter provides you with important safety notices during the initial commissioning of the device. 13.5 Setup 13.5.1 Setup location requirements: In order to ensure the safe and trouble-free operation of the device, the setup location must fulfil the following prerequisites: • The appliance must be positioned on a solid, even, horizontal and heat-resistant base with sufficient load-supporting capacity for the appliance itself plus the heaviest anticipated cooking contents. • The induction cooker must not be operated on a base with an iron or steel content, as this can heat up considerably.
13.6 Electrical connection In order to ensure the safe and trouble-free operation of the device, the following instructions must be observed for the electrical connection: • Before connecting the device, compare the connection data (voltage and frequency) on the rating plate with those of your electrical network. This data must agree in order that no damages occur in the device If in doubt, ask your qualified electrician. • The electrical outlet must be protected by a 16A safety cut-out switch.
14.1 Complete overview 14.1.1 Details on the device This instruction and when “H” is displayed, is to warn that the ceramic hob may still be hot.

Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages: Warning ► Do not leave the device unsupervised when it is in operation, so that you can intervene quickly in the event of dangers. 15.

Please note ► Switch the appliance off after use. This avoids unnecessary use of energy, and ensures your safety. ► If the appliance is unused for extended periods of time, we recommend that the appliance be unplugged from the mains. 15.4 Operating the Appliance 15.4.1 Three hotplates The right hob has 10 power stages and runs independently. When operate either the front hob (1-10 power stages) or the back hob (1-5 power stages), they run independently.
Please note ► Should no further operation in 30 seconds after pressing On/Standby key, the control lamp goes off and then the unit goes back to standby status automatically. To reoperate the unit, simply press Master On/Standby key (1) again and other function keys. 15.4.4 Power Stage Press the selection key >> (6) as long as necessary to select the power stage (Indicator lamp power stage (3)). The preset power stage "5" is selected and the device turns on.
Activating the child lock: Press the Lock key (10), all keys will be blocked except Master On/Standby (1), to avoid mal-operation. After locking, induction hotplates continue to heat in the preset temperature or power stage. Also the timer continues counting. Disable the child lock: Press the Lock key (10) until the status indicator switches off. 16 Cleaning and Maintenance This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to cleaning and maintaining the device.
Attention ► Do not use any flammable, acidy or alkaline materials or substances near the device, as this may reduce the service life of the device and lead to deflagration when the device is turned on. 17 Troubleshooting This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device. 22.3 Sources de danger 22.3.1 Danger de champs électromagnétiques ATTENTION Les champs électromagnétiques apparaissant pendant le fonctionnement de l'appareil peuvent causer des indispositions. Respectez les consignes de sécurité suivantes : ► Les personnes à électrosensibilité accrue ne doivent pas se tenir plus longtemps que nécessaire à proximité directe de l'appareil. ► Des tests scientifiques ont montré que les appareils de cuisson à induction ne présentent pas de danger.
22.3.3 Risque d'explosion ATTENTION En cas d’utilisation non correcte de l'appareil, un risque d'explosion existe suite à une surpression. Respectez les indications de sécurité suivantes pour éviter un risque d'explosion : ► Ne chauffez jamais d’aliments ou de liquides dans des récipients verrouillés comme p. ex. des boîtes de conserve. Par la surpression en résultant, le récipient peut éclater. Une boîte se réchauffe le mieux en l'ouvrant et en la plaçant dans un pot rempli d’eau. 22.3.
Danger ► Si la surface est endommagée, débrancher l'appareil pour éviter tout risque d'électrocution (mettre le coupe-circuit hors circuit). ► Ne pas utiliser l'appareil lorsque le câble électrique ou le connecteur sont détériorés, lorsque l'appareil ne fonctionne pas correctement ou qu'il à fait une chute. Pour éviter tout danger le câble électrique doit être échangé par le constructeur ou son service AV ou une personne spécialement qualifiée. ► N'ouvrez en aucun cas le carter de l'appareil.
23.3 Déballage Pour déballer l'appareil retirer l'appareil du carton et éliminez les matériaux d'emballage. 23.4 Elimination des emballages L'emballage protège l'appareil contre les dégâts de transport. Les matériaux d'emballage ont été choisis selon des critères environnementaux et de techniques d'élimination, c'est pourquoi ils sont recyclables. Le retour des emballages dans le circuit des matières épargne les matières premières et restreint le volume des déchets.
• L'installation et le montage de cet appareil sur des emplacements mobiles (par exemple un bateau) doivent être exécutés uniquement par des entreprises / personnes professionnels qui garantissent les exigences de sécurité d'utilisation de cet appareil. 23.5.2 Prévention des interférences radio L'appareil peut engendrer des dérangements pour radios, téléviseurs ou appareils semblables. Les dérangements peuvent être éliminés ou réduits par les mesures suivantes : • Placez la radio ou le téléviseur etc.
24.1 Vue d'ensemble 24.1.1 Affichages sur l'appareil «Chaleur rémanente» Cet affichage et l´affichage « H » sert à avertir que la table céramique est encore chaude.
24.2 Eléments de commande et d'affichage 24.2.1 Panneaux d'exploitation 1. Interrupteur général On/Stand-by pour allumer et éteindre l'appareil 2. Touche On/Stand-by pour chaque plaque de cuisson 3. Voyant de contrôle pour le niveau de puissance pour chaque plaque de cuisson 4. Voyant de contrôle pour la température pour chaque plaque de cuisson 5. Voyant de contrôle pour la minutage pour chaque plaque de cuisson 6. Touche de selection >> pour le niveau de puissance, la temperature et la minutage 7.
25Commande et fonctionnement Ce chapitre est consacré à des indications importantes sur la commande de l'appareil. Pour éviter tout risque et dégradations veuillez observer les indications. Attention ► Pendant son fonctionnement ne pas l'laisser l'appareil sans surveillance, afin de pouvoir intervenir rapidement en cas de danger. 25.
Le tableau suivant sert d’exemple de sélection des récipients de cuisson corrects : Récipients de cuisson inadéquats Récipients de cuisson appropriés (display montre ----) Récipients acev un fond magnétique Récipients en cuivre, aluminium, verre réfractaire (ferreux) et autres récipients non métalliques Récipients en acier émaillés à fond épais Récipients en acier inoxydable sans noyau de fer magnétique Récipients en fonte à fond émaillé Récipients qui n'ont pas de fond plat sur le champ de cuisson Ré
ATTENTION ► Ne placer aucune feuille d'aluminium ou assiette métallique sur la surface de l'appareil pour éviter une surchauffe. ► Ne pas toucher la surface chaude du champ de céramique. La table d’induction ellemême ne développe pas de chaleur pendant le processus de cuisson. La température du récipient de cuisson réchauffe toutefois le poste de cuisson. ► Tenez le poste de cuisson et le fond de récipient de cuisson toujours secs et propres.
Remarque ► Si vous n’utiliser l'appareil pas pendant une longue période, retirez la prise de courant pour séparer l'appareil du réseau. 25.4.3 Mettre en marche Suivez les notices explicatives mentionnées ci-dessous pour un fonctionnement sûr de l'appareil : Branchez l'appareil à une prise appropriée. Dans les 3 secondes qui suivent le branchement de l'appareil sur le secteur, un signal acoustique retentit. Le display montre le temperature de la table céramique.
REMARQUE ► Lorsque vous faites griller ou cuire des aliments surgelés, nous vous conseillons de sélectionner la fonction "Température", car vous disposez en pareil cas de températures allant jusqu'à 240°C. Dans le cas contraire, la protection anti surchauffe "E5" est activée. 25.4.6 Minuterie Après avoir sélectionné le mode Température où Niveau de puissance, appuyez sur la touche de sélection >> (6) jusqu'à ce que le témoin de contrôle « Minuterie » clignote.
Prudence ► Avant le nettoyage arrêter l'appareil et retirer le connecteur de la prise murale. ► Après son utilisation la table d´induction est chaude. Attention, risques de brulures ! Attendre que l'appareil soit froid. ► Nettoyer l'appareil après utilisation quand le four est refroidi. Ne pas attendre trop longtemps car cela rend le nettoyage plus difficile, et éventuellement impossible. Un encrassement trop important peut le cas échéant dégrader l'appareil.

28 Elimination des appareils usés Les appareils électriques et électroniques contiennent de nombreux matériaux recyclables. Mais ils contiennent également des produits nocifs qui sont indispensables au fonctionnement et à la sécurité. 34 Costruzione e funzione In questo capitolo riceverà indicazioni importanti sulla costruzione e sulla funzione dell’apparecchio. 34.1 Panoramica complessiva 34.1.1 Avvisi sull'apparecchio Questo avviso e “H” sul display serve come avvertenza. La postazione in ceramica può essere rovente. Lo stesso fornello ad induzione non produce calore durante il procedimento di cottura; la temperatura delle stoviglie, però surriscaldano la postazione di cottura.
Di seguito osservi le indicazioni di sicurezza, per evitare il pericolo di scottarsi sull’apparecchio incandescente: Attentione Pericolo di ustioni su superficie incandescente! ► Non toccare la superficie della postazione in ceramica, fintantoché è rovente (“H” sul display). ► Non posizionare oggetti sulla postazione in ceramica rovente. 34.2 Comandi e display 34.2.1 Pannello comandi 1. 34.2.3 Protezione surriscaldamento L'apparecchio è dotato di una protezione surriscaldamento. Quando la temperatura dell’apparecchio supera il limite critico, viene visualizzato il rispettivo codice d’errore “E05”. L'apparecchio disattiva l’ulteriore alimentazione elettrica per motivi di sicurezza. Dopo la fase di raffreddamento, l'apparecchio potrà essere spento e riacceso. Indicazione ► Troverà ulteriori informazioni a proposito degli avvisi d'errore nel capitolo “Visualizzazione malfunzionamenti”.
• Regolazione veloce e di precisione dell’apporto energetico. 35.2 Indicazioni sulle stoviglie Il recipiente utilizzato per la superficie di cottura ad induzione deve essere in metallo, avere caratteristiche magnetiche e possedere un piano d'appoggio sufficientemente piano.

35.4.5 Modalità temperatura Premere il pulsante di selezione (6) per selezionare la temperatura. La spia di controllo di temperatura (4) si illumina sul display digitale. 43.6 Elektrische aansluiting Voor een veilig en feilloos gebruik van het apparaat moeten bij de elektrische aansluiting de volgende aanwijzingen in acht genomen worden: • Controleer voor het aansluiten van het apparaat de aansluitingsgegevens (spanning en frequentie) op het typeplaatje met de gegevens van uw stroomnet. Deze gegevens moeten overeenkomen, zodat het apparaat niet beschadigd kan raken. In geval van twijfel vraagt u een vakkundige elektricien.
44Opbouw en functie In dit hoofdstuk krijgt u belangrijke aanwijzingen m.b.t. de opbouw en het functioneren van het apparaat. 44.1 Algemeen overzicht 44.2 Aanwijzingen bij het apparaat Deze aanwijzing en het verschijnen van “H” in het display dient ter waarschuwing dat de keramische plaat heet kan zijn.
Neem de volgende veiligheidsvoorschriften in acht, zodat u zich niet aan het hete apparaat verbrandt: VOORZICHTIG Gevaar door hete oppervlakte! ► De hete oppervlakte van het apparaat niet aanraken. 44.5 Thermische beveiliging bij oververhitting Het apparaat is uitgerust met een thermische beveiliging bij oververhitting. Wanneer binnenin de temperatuur de kritische grens overschrijdt, verschijnt in het display de bijbehorende code van de foutmelding (E5). Het apparaat schakelt uit veiligheidsoverwegingen het lopende programma uit. Na de afkoelfase kan het apparaat weer ingeschakeld worden. TIP ► Meer informatie over de foutmeldingen vindt u in hoofdstuk „Storingmeldingen“. 44.
Zo kunt u vaststellen of het kookgerei geschikt is: Stel vast of het kookgerei een aanwijzing bevat die duidt op koken met inductiestroom of voer de volgende magneettest uit : Breng een magneet (bv. een magneet van een magneetbord) naar de bodem van uw pan. Wordt de magneet sterk aangetrokken, dan kunt u deze pan op de inductiekookoppervlakte gebruiken.
WAARSCHUWING ► Geen keukengereedschap uit metaal, potten- of pannendeksels, messen of andere voorwerpen uit metaal op de kookplaat leggen. Als het apparaat wordt ingeschakeld, kunnen deze voorwerpen verhit worden. ► Geen aluminiumfolie of metalen bladen op de oppervlakte van het apparaat leggen, om oververhitting te vermijden. ► De hete oppervlakte van het keramische veld niet aanraken. De inductiekookplaat ontwikkelt tijdens het koken zelf geen hitte.
Als de temperatuur van de oppervlakte onder de 50°C ligt, wordt „L“ aangegeven, als de temperatuur van de oppervlakte boven de 50°C ligt, geeft de display „H“ aan. TIP ► Let u er op dat de ventilator van het apparaat na het uitschakelen nog een tijdje verder loopt, om de in het apparaat aanwezige warmte af te voeren. ► Mocht u het apparaat langere tijd niet gebruiken, trekt u dan de stekker uit het stopcontact, om zo het apparaat van het elektriciteitsnet te scheiden. 45.4.
TIP ► Indien u diepgevroren voedsel gebruikt of iets zeer heet aanbraden wil, dan raden wij aan de functie “Temperatuur” te kiezen, omdat hiermee temperaturen tot 240 ° C bereikt kunnen worden zonder dat de oververhittingsbeveiliging wordt geactiveerd. 45.4.6 Timer Na de keuze van de temperatuur of de kookstand drukt u zo lang op de keuzetoets >> (6) totdat de functie “tijd” (5) blinkt. 55.4 Funcionamiento del aparato 55.4.1 3 zonas de cocción La zona de cocción derecha tiene 10 niveles de potencia y funciona independientemente de las otras zonas. Si sólo utilizara la zona anterior (10 niveles de potencia) o sólo la zona posterior izquierda (5 niveles de potencia), entonces también funcionan de manera independiente. No obstante, si utilizara las zonas anterior izquierda y posterior izquierda a la vez, los niveles de potencia de las dos zonas sumados son 10 (Powersharing).
Coloque el recipiente con los alimentos a cocinar centrado en la zona de cocción (Ø 160 mm - 260 mm). Pulse la tecla Encendido/Standby (2) de la zona correspondiente.
