When a temperature between 70°C and 100 °C is selected the defrosting icon in the display is
turned off because the steam cooker is now operating in cooking mode using a higher
temperature and the cooking process starts.
You can change the time and temperature settings during program execution by pressing the
time or temperature button and adjusting the settings.
Steam Cooking
When the temperature is set to 70°C or higher the steam cooker switches to its steam cooking
mode.
Setting the Steam Cooking Program
1. Press the button. When the time display blinks you can set the time with the
buttons.
2. Press the button once to select the temperature with the buttons while the icon
flickers.
3. Press the button to start the process.
Note:
The temperature is increased by 5°C each time and the maximum settable temperature is
100°C.
The preset time is 10:00 minutes and the maximum time is 60 minutes.

Important:
If you want to stop a cooking program that has been started, press the button once. The
steam cooker will continue to operate for 3 minutes to allow the steam to escape from the
interior. The 3 minutes are counted down in the display.
