Setting the Clock
After the power cable has been plugged into the power outlet, the device is ready for use. The
display shows the preset time, 12:00 o’clock, and an acoustic signal sounds.
Setting the current time:
1. Press and briefly hold the button until the display starts to blink and an acoustic signal
sounds.
2. Set the current time with the buttons.
3. Press the start button to confirm the setting.
Note:
You can set the time more quickly by continuously pressing button.
The time can be set accurately to the second by repeatedly pressing the key. The operation is
confirmed by an acoustic signal.
Defrosting
You should select a temperature of 55-65 °C for defrosting food. The defrost icon appears in the
display.
In principle, you can select temperatures between 55°C and 100°C.
Setting a Defrosting Program
1. Press the button.
When the time display blinks you can set the desired defrosting time
with the buttons. The preset time is 10:00 minutes but you can also set a minimum
time of 5:00 and a maximum time of 60:00 minutes. When the icon in the display has
stopped blinking you can adjust other settings.
2. Press the button once can adjust the setting with the buttons while the
temperature icon flickers. You can set a minimum temperature of 55°C and a maximum
temperature of 100°C. The temperature can be increased in 5°C steps.
3. Press the start button to start the process.
4. For all programs, the end of program is indicated by an acoustic signal and the word ENDE
appearing in the display.
