19. Do not operate the oven when it is damaged. It is particularly important that the oven door
closes properly and that there is no damage to the following parts:
• Door (bent)
• Hinges and locking mechanisms (broken or loose)
• Door seals and sealing surfaces
20. The oven must only be repaired by qualified specialists.
21. Do not clean the interior before the cooking process is complete. Wait app. 30 minutes until the
interior and the heating rods have cooled down.
22. Warning: The water container must be filled and attached to the device before use.
23. Open the oven door carefully as hot steam may escape for a short while.
24. Before the first use: Thoroughly clean and dry all parts, except the heating element, in order to
remove the ‘new’ smell.
25. The device must not be operated with a separate timer.
26. The manufacturer is not liable for wrong or improper use arising from the non-observance of the
operating instructions.
Steam Cooking
This device enables you to cook gently. The steam envelopes the food, preserving vitamins, trace
elements and aromas. You can also cook different dishes together without them losing their specific
flavour, shape or colour.
Please observe the cut size of the food to be cooked. If you want to prepare ingredients with
different cooking times together you should cut the slower cooking ingredients, e.g. carrots, into
smaller pieces and the faster cooking ones, e.g. zucchini, into larger pieces.
