enabling us to meet the aims and requirements of the Kimberley Process. Your invoices should carry
this statement.
“The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in
funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees
that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees
provided by the supplier of these diamonds.”

From 1 October 2011, any consignments failing to meet this requirement will be refused and
returned to the supplier.
You must ensure that you are able to demonstrate upon request that an audit trail is in place that
fully supports the WDC warranty statement. A copy of our Jewellery Policy is attached for your
