Remote Ctrl Lock

Using the Security Lock Service to activate Remote Ctrl Lock
With the Security Lock Service, you can activate Auto Lock, FeliCa Lock and
Address Book Lock remotely by placing a call to an au Customer Service Center
or with your computer even if Remote Ctrl Lock is not set beforehand. The Security
Lock Service is free.
Using the Security Lock Service

Calling an au Customer Service Center to activate or deactivate Remote
Ctrl Lock
On an au phone, dial 113 (free).
From cellphone of other manufacturer’s or a standard phone, dial the following
toll-free number:

This service is available 24 hours per day.

Follow the procedure in accordance with the voice guidance that is played.

Using a computer to activate or deactivate Remote Ctrl Lock
On the Internet, go to “au

com/) and log in, and then follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

Registration is required the first time you use this service. You can register even
after you lose your phone.
