Example: To view a record in address book
While the standby screen is
displayed, press & , and
then press
1
(Look).
Use a to select the address
book record you want to view,
and then press
c
(Select).
Press 4 (Read Data).
The address book record appears.
Use j to select the phone number,
and press c (Call). You can make a
phone call or start Hello Messenger.
Use j to select the e-mail address,
and press c (E-Mail). You can create
an e-mail message.
1(Call): Dials the number of the selected record.
2(Send Mail): Selects to compose an e-mail message and send it to the
address of the selected record.
To create an e-mail message
→ Perform the procedure starting from step 3 under “Creating and Sending
E-mail Messages in Smart Mode” (page 95).
3(Hello Messenger): Invites the selected member to the meeting.
5(Delete Data): Deletes the selected address book record.
6(Edit Data): Selects to edit the selected address book record.
7(Send via Ir): Sends the selected address book record via infrared.
