9-2 File Operations and Re-calculation
This section explains the various operations you can perform with S

SHT mode fi les. It also
tells you how to re-calculate the formulas in a spreadsheet.
k Spreadsheet File Operations
u To create a new fi le
1. In the S
•
SHT mode, press 1 (FILE)1 (NEW).
• This displays a dialog box for inputting a fi le
name.
2. Enter up to eight characters for the
Spreadsheet fi le name, and then press w .
• This will display a blank spreadsheet.
# If the fi le name you enter in step 2 is the
name of a spreadsheet fi le already stored
in memory, the calculator will open that fi le
instead of creating a new one.
