Working with POS Administrator
If you must restore your database, Terminal IDs must match the name of the terminal that the
backup was made for in order for all your settings to be restored.
If you are restoring from external media, ensure the disk you are restoring from is in the appropriate
drive.

POS Enterprise
The restore procedure restores your RPOS database from a previous backup.
For details on how to restore your RPOS database, refer to the POS Administrator in-product Help.
Sending a message to a terminal
Sending a message to a terminal is only available in POS Enterprise and POS Professional.
You can send a message from POS Administrator to any terminal. Any messages that you send display automatically
in POS unless you set POS Terminal not to display messages during a transaction.
