• Highlight a product or customer from the corresponding list, right-click and then click Print Labels.
• When the Product or Customers list is open. Go to the Lists menu, click Product (or Customer) and then click
Print Labels to view and select the label options.
• When saving a new promotion or editing a promotion.
There are three main steps to follow in setting up and printing labels:
1. Select products or customers.
2. Create the label - format it and adjust the layout.
3. Print the label.
If you already have a label design, skip step 2.

Managing laybys
Use the Layby Customer list to create new customers and monitor laybys.
There are three ways to open the Laybys List window:
• Go to the Lists menu, click Layby Customer and then click Show List.
• Click the Layby icon on the tool bar, or
• Press Ctrl+L.
To change the columns that show in the Layby Customer list:
1. Go to the Tools menu and click Options.
