Chapter 2 Scheduler
Daily Scheduler Screen
The Daily Scheduler screen gives you an overview of Scheduler (Schedule,
Reminder, To Do) items for a particular date, along with a list of all currently
unchecked To Do items.

To shift the time bar
Tap the H and J scroll buttons to shift the time bar left and right.
The shaded portion in the time bar indicates a period during which an item
is scheduled. Overlapping time bars (schedules) are black.
Scheduler Area
• This area shows the current date’s five Scheduler (Schedule, Reminder,
To Do) items.
• Changing to a different date causes the data in the Scheduler area to be
replaced with the Scheduler data of the new date.
• You cannot check or change the priority of a To Do data item in the
Scheduler area.
