7.3 Event Logs
The Event/Error Logs service mode page
provides separate reports noting all software
activity (events) as well as any hardware
failures (errors).
The Event Log has two sections, one win-
dow provides the date selection, and the
other window shows the event information.
The items are listed in sequential order of
time beginning at 12 a.m. (midnight) and
running through 11:59 p.m. The arrows to
the right of the window provide scrolling ac-
cess to the list.
To select a date, press the arrow button to
the right of the text box for a drop down table
listing choices of available day/dates. Touch
the day/date desired and the log updates
automatically.
Error Log – touch this button for the hard-
ware failures (errors) log. (See next sec-
tion for details).
To return to the Service Mode - Main Menu,
touch the Main Menu button
7.4 Error Log
The Error Log service mode page shows
current hardware failure activity.
The Error Log provides date and time of
the failure, and the specific jukebox
component(s) affected. Items are listed in
chronological order, with the most recent
occurrence listed first. Errors listed in this
log are errors that will generally put the juke-
box Out of Order. These errors must be
cleared before the jukebox can return to
service.
The Clear button is provided to remove
items which are no longer active. However,
if the information reappears after pressing
the Clear button for a particular line item,
the noted error is still occurring.
Press Show Even+t Log to return to the
Event Log (software activity list). To return
to the Service Mode - Main Menu, touch the
Main Menu button.
