7.0 Diagnostics
7.1 System Information
The System Information service mode
screen summarizes important system infor-
mation including date/time, software version,
and jukebox/server connection names. All
of these fields are filled in by default after
the initial Operator set up of the jukebox.
Jukebox Name – established in Basic
Setup service mode screen
Harddrive ID – automatically detected by
the Software Operating System of the juke-
box.
Drive Space (MB) – automatically detected
by the Software Operating System of the
jukebox.
Software Version – automatically detected
based on current software loaded in juke-
box.
MAC Address – shows the MAC address
of the Ethernet adaptor included on the main
computer board in the core computer.
Track Catalog Version – current version of
the song catalog downloaded from the
server
Group – the name of the group the jukebox
belongs to (used by AMI for software up-
dates)
Local Date – automatically determined in
Basic Setup service mode screen.
Local Time – established in Basic Setup
service mode screen under Time Zone.
Server URL// Agent Name – established in
the System Configuration service mode
screen.
To return to the Service Mode - Main Menu,
touch the Main Menu button.
7.2 Hardware Information
The Hardware Info service mode page
shows the status of internal hardware in the
jukebox such as VCU (Volume Control
Units) and amplifier, as well as KID (Key-
board, IR, Display), and Credit Module. The
MAC address of the core computer is also
shown.
Credit Module Status – shows the status
of the credit module (included as part of the
Communication Controller)
KID Status – shows the status of the parts
of the Communication Controller.
To return to the Service Mode - Main Menu,
touch the Main Menu button.
