6.3 Collection Report
The Collection Report service mode page
provides a break down of collections by bills,
coins and credit cards for each collection
date, and offers a choice of summaries for
weekly, monthly and yearly information.
Report – View collections by separate
dates, with a break down by bills, coins and
credit cards. Totals reflect the sum of all
dates listed in the report.
Period – Provides an optional time period
of report information from the following
choices:
This week/month, Last week/month or
month/year To Date. Touch the text box
below Period for a drop down list of choices,
then press the time period desired to up-
date the report.
To return to the Service Mode - Main Menu,
touch the Main Menu button.
6.4 Music Loader Report
The Music Loader Report service mode
page provides detailed information about
recently loaded music on the jukebox, with
the ability to select the data by a specific
date.
Choose a Date – Provides a drop down list
of dates when music was loaded on the juke-
box. Touch the date desired, and the Music
File list and Music Loader Log update auto-
matically.
Choose a Music File – Shows a list of all
music files loaded on the date selected. The
list shows successes, warnings, and errors
for each file loaded. Arrows to the right of
the window provide scrolling of the list. To
view more detailed information of a single
file, simply touch the file name and the data
appears in the Music Loader Log window.
Music Loader Log – Provides a break down
of the music file information by genre (cat-
egory), album, and song, and notes both an
ID# and a name for each item. In addition,
each individual item shows a successful/
unsuccessful update confirmation. Arrows
to the right of the window provide scrolling
of the list.
To return to the Service Mode - Main Menu,
touch the Main Menu button.
