1.7 Quick Schedules
The Quick Schedules general category
provides a short cut to schedules that ap-
pear in other areas of the Service Mode.
Messages – Displays the schedule for pro-
gramming marquee messages.
Music Lockouts – Displays the schedule
for programming song, video, and image
lockouts.
Free Play – Displays the schedule for pro-
gramming Free Play.
Autoplay – Displays the schedule for pro-
gramming Autoplay.
Background Music – Displays the sched-
ule for programming Background Music.
1.6 Diagnostics
The Diagnostics general category provides
access to pages with useful information
about internal devices and the status of the
jukebox.
System Information – Shows hard drive,
software, and server setup information.
Hardware Information – Displays the MAC
address and information on the devices con-
nected via the Communication Controller’s
RS485 bus.
Event/Error Logs – View a software activ-
ity Event log, and view/clear the hardware
Error log.
Network Information – Displays IP configu-
ration data and tests gateway and server
route network connections.
Credit Device Tests – Allows you to test
the credit devices without adding credits or
adding money to the revenue screens.
Audio/Video Tests – Allows you to display
test patterns on the display to aid in CRT
adjustment and also to play autio tones to
aid in sound configuration.
Input/Output Tests – Allows you to test the
pushbuttons on the Communications Con-
troller.
Health Status – Allows a technician to view
motherboard voltages, temperatures, CPU
fan speed and cabinet temperature.
