Performing Merge Printing
For details about merge printing, see "Using Merge Print" (page 45).
1 On the Merge (M) menu, click Merge Print (P)....
You could also click Merge Print (P)... on the File (F) menu.

2 Configure the setting of each item.
3 Click Properties (P)....
4 Configure the setting of each item.
5 Click OK.
6 Configure number of copies, options, and other settings.
7 Connect the printer to your computer.
Put the printer into the data communication mode.
8 Click OK.
This starts printing.
To stop printing, click “Printing cancelled” on the Printer menu of
the print spooler screen.
To merge print one particular record, perform the steps below.
(1) Use merge preview to display the record you want to print in
the label layout.
(2) Print normally. For details, see "Printing a Label" (page 61).
You can print a single record even if you specified values for the
print start record and print end record on the screen under step 1
of the procedure.
