Printing Precautions
Check the following points before printing.
•
Make sure that your computer is connected to the printer you plan to
use and that the printer is in the communication mode.
•
Make sure that no part of the text and/or figures you are about to print
is outside of the print area.
•
Make sure that the tape loaded in the printer is appropriate for the tape
specified for the label layout.
•
For the printer driver Tape Direction setting (on the Main Settings tab),
use Horizontal (B).
•
Merge printing and numbering printing are not supported when the field
configured for merging or numbering is grouped with other fields (Group,
pages 18, 21). Ungroup the fields (UnGroup) before using these functions.

This section explains how to print a tape layout, how to perform merge
printing, and how to feed and cut the tape from your computer.
