Duplicating a Selected Field.
After a layout is duplicated, you can duplicate fields you add to any one
of the layouts and paste the duplicated fields into all of the other layouts.
1 Click the field(s) you want to duplicate.

This selects the field(s).
2 On the toolbar, click .

This is the same as clicking Copy Field (C) on the Tools (T) menu.

This will display the message shown below.
3 Click OK.

This duplicates all of the selected fields in all of the layouts.
