2 Click anywhere outside the fields.

Check to confirm that no fields are selected.
3 On the toolbar, click .

This is the same as clicking Copy Field (C) on the Tools (T) menu.

This displays the Copy Field screen.
4 In Copies (C) under Duplicate, input the number of copies desired.
5 Click OK.

This duplicates the layout.
