4 Configure the No. of Steps setting.

Specify the increment to be applied each time printing is
performed. For a series of numbers that increments by 1 each time
(such as 001, 002, etc.), specify 1 for the increment.

There is no change on the screen, but the number or letter in the
text field will be incremented with each printing.
5 Click OK.
Checking Numbering Printing

You can use the procedure below to check numbering printing on your
display.

Before performing these steps, configure numbering settings (page 54).

Numbered preview and numbering printing are not supported when
the field configured for numbering is grouped with other fields (Group,
pages 18, 21). Ungroup the fields (UnGroup) before using these functions.
1 On the File (F) menu, click Numbered Preview (B)....
2 Input a value in the Copies (C) box that corresponds to the print you
want to view.

The numbering data that corresponds to the number of copies
value you specify will appear in the numbering text field.

You can preview other numbering prints by changing the Copies
value.
