Inserting Text

This section explains how to insert text into a label layout.

Conﬁrm that the layout screen is displayed.



For information about the layout screen, see "Layout Creation Screen"

(page 15).

1 On the toolbar, click or .



Here we will show the operation after is clicked.

2 Input text.



You can input up to 255 characters.



You can specify the font and text size.



Selecting the Auto check box will cause the text size to be

adjusted to the default size automatically. Also selecting the Scale

check box will cause the vertical/horizontal ratio of the text to be

adjusted automatically.



If you want to specify the text size in points, clear the Auto check

box.



If you don't want the vertical/horizontal ratio of the text to be

adjusted automatically, clear the Scale check box.

3 Click OK.



This inserts a text ﬁeld along with the text you input.
