Menu Function
■
Alignment (L) Menu
Align (A) Displays the six sub-menu items described
below.
−Top (T) Aligns the selected field with the top edge of the
layout print area.
−Bottom (B) Aligns the selected field with the bottom edge of
the layout print area.
−Left (L) Aligns the selected field with the left edge of the
layout print area.
−Right (R) Aligns the selected field with the right edge of
the layout print area.
− Center Vertically
(V)
Aligns the selected field with a vertical line in the
center of the layout print area.
− Center
Horizontally (H)
Aligns the selected field with a horizontal line in
the center of the layout print area.
Justify (V) Displays the two sub-menu items described
below.
− Align Vertically
(V)
Aligns the selected fields so they are evenly
spaced vertically.
− Align
Horizontally (H)
Aligns the selected fields so they are evenly
spaced horizontally.
Align Field Size (S) Displays the three sub-menu items described
below.
−Width (W) Makes the selected fields the same width.
−Height (H) Makes the selected fields the same height.
− Width and
Height (B)
Makes the selected fields the same width and
height.
Move to Front (R) Moves the selected field one step towards the
front.

Move to Foreground
(F)
Makes the selected field the frontmost field.
Move to Back (K) Moves the selected field one step towards the
back.
Move to
Background (B)
Makes the selected field the backmost field.
Group (G) Creates a group of the selected fields.
UnGroup (U) Ungroups the selected field group.
Tile (T) Arranges the selected fields so they tiled as the
background of the layout.
UnTile (L) Untiles fields.

Merge (M) Menu
Use Sample (S)... Opens a sample layout that uses merge.
Text Box (T)... Pastes a text box that has been configured for
merge printing into the layout being edited.
Create/Edit Merge
Data (E)
Creates a merge database.
Merge Preview (V) Shows a preview of the layout being edited,
including merged data. Clicking OK actually
merges the text into the preview.
Merge Print (P)... Prints a layout while automatically inserting data
into it.

Copy Field (C) Duplicates the layout or currently selected field.
